Under the expert guidance of Chef Tommy Zheng, guests will learn the intricate art of cleaning, gutting, deboning, and filleting a whole 3–4 lb sea bream. You’ll then craft your own sashimi and nigiri, enjoy them on-site, and take your expertly prepared fish home to share.
Each guest will receive:
• A whole 3–4 lb red sea bream
• Professional-grade filet knife
• Cut-resistant glove
• Hush apron to keep
