Change your plans for October 2nd! You have been the cornerstone of our success and Hush Sushi Bar and Kitchen wants to celebrate our 2 year anniversary with you and our friends.
Event activities include Executive Chef Tommy Zheng demonstrating itamae with a full, bluefin tuna! Carving and slicing with special ultra-sharp knives Chef Tommy will demonstrate the skills necessary to render this beautiful fish suitable for serving sashimi.
Tuna cutting ceremony 3:30pm - 5pm.
Our partnered friends will be pouring pouring 4pm -8pm.
We have a unique menu for that day including special sushi, sake and wine offerings. Make plans to attend today. Reservation recommended.
