Celebrate Father’s Day with an unforgettable, hands-on culinary journey.

 

Under the expert guidance of Chef Tommy Zheng, guests will learn the intricate art of cleaning, gutting, deboning, and filleting a whole 3–4 lb sea bream. You’ll then craft your own sashimi and nigiri, enjoy them on-site, and take your expertly prepared fish home to share.

 

Each guest will receive:

• A whole 3–4 lb red sea bream

• Professional-grade filet knife

• Cut-resistant glove

• Hush apron to keep

We’re hosting a one-hour guided tasting featuring an outstanding lineup of premium whiskeys – perfect for dads, whiskey lovers, and anyone looking to enjoy a great night out.

🎟️ Tickets: $40 (includes whiskey tasting, passed hors d’oeuvres, and one cocktail made with your bourbon of choice from the tasting lineup)
