World Tuna Day

Tuna Cutting Ceremony

Celebrate World Tuna Day on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Hush in Keller. Witness Executive Chef Tommy Zheng's mastery as he showcases his samurai skills in a live carving spectacle of a 200 lb blue-fin tuna. This exclusive event is limited to just 100 guests.


Experience the artistry of tuna preparation as it's expertly divided into akami, toro, and otoro cuts, then transformed into exquisite sashimi. Indulge in specially crafted cocktails designed to complement our premium blue-fin tuna, served in both sashimi and nigiri styles.


Tickets are $275 per person and include unlimited access to our tuna event, featuring chef specials and dozens of passed hors d'oeuvres, as well as bottomless high-end cocktails and wines from our stations.


This unforgettable evening is reserved for ticket holders and kicks off at 5:30 pm, continuing until 9:00 pm.


The Tuna event is exclusively for guests aged 21 and up
